Enhancements
Cupping - $10
A traditional Chinese technique that creates suction on the skin, as opposed to the tissue compression techniques that are normally used during a massage. Suction cups are used to pull blood to the surface of the skin, which can help improve circulation, relieve aching muscles, and release joint stiffness.
Integral Sound Therapy - $15
Integral Sound Therapy is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress and helps to bring balance to our well-being.
Herbal Foot Bath - $20
A soothing herbal foot bath designed to ground your mind and prepare your body for deep relaxation. Your feet will soak in a copper basin filled with warm water, herbs, and mineral salts, inviting your whole body to unwind.
Himalayan Salt Stones - $20
Gently heated Himalayan salt stones are used to relieve tension and restore balance. Their natural texture lightly exfoliates the skin, leaving it soft and radiant, while promoting deep relaxation and grounding.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
To get the most out of your session, try to arrive well-hydrated and freshly showered. Drinking plenty of water before your massage helps your muscles respond more effectively and supports your body’s natural detox process.
It’s also best to avoid heavy meals right before your appointment, as a full stomach can make it uncomfortable when face down.
Wear comfortable clothing, and aim to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and take a few deep breaths before we begin.
-
Not at all! Your comfort always comes first. You’re welcome to undress to whatever level feels right for you. Some clients choose to fully undress, while others prefer to leave undergarments on. You’ll always be properly draped, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
In some cases, keeping certain garments on can limit access to the full length of a muscle, which may restrict my ability to address an area as thoroughly. We’ll talk through your preferences before we begin to ensure you feel completely comfortable and supported.
-
I kindly ask that you provide a space large enough for me to set up my massage table and move around it freely. Ideally, this means a clear area of about 10 feet by 7 feet with access to an outlet.
The space should be quiet and free from distractions so you can fully relax. Please remove any furniture or tripping hazards before I arrive.
If stairs are required to access your home or the treatment area, please let me know when booking your appointment.
-
I wholeheartedly believe that you know what’s best for your body. If the pressure I’m using doesn’t feel quite right (whether it’s too much or not enough) please let me know as soon as you can.
Ego is checked at the door. My priority is creating a safe, supportive, and effective experience for you. I’ll also share anything I notice in your body along the way, so we can work together to make the session as beneficial as possible.

Tipping can sometimes feel confusing or even stressful, so I want to be clear that there is no expectation to tip on top of the service cost. The best tip you can give is your return visit or a referral to a friend.

Testimonials
Caroline
Thank you Javonna for such a calming and relaxing experience. Her home setup was warm and inviting, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. Throughout the session, she was attentive—regularly checking in to make sure the pressure was right and that I was feeling okay. It was the perfect balance of professionalism and care, and I left feeling completely at ease.

After my massage I felt relaxed, rejuvenated, refreshed and so at ease. Javonna gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had and used techniques that help relieve the tension that had been bothering me in my neck and shoulders. I can’t wait for my next massage!
Jesse
It was my first time getting a massage and Javonna made me feel 100% comfortable from the moment I walked into the spa. She was attentive and respectful throughout the whole experience. Although I didn’t utilize the essential oils, I like the options. I did appreciate the rose water spritz on my face at the end of my session to seal a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend for frequent massage goers and newbies!
