Signature Massage
60 minutes - $75 / 90 minutes - $110

Enjoy time that's dedicated to you and your needs. Sacred Earth Botanical oils, cream and lotion are used for all sessions. Sessions also include the optional use of hot towels, herbal heat packs and essential oils at no additional charge. Ten minutes are reserved from each session for a check-in chat and intention setting.

Prenatal Massage
60 minutes - $75 / 90 minutes - $110

A gentle and soothing massage designed specifically for expectant mothers. The massage uses soft, safe pressure to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and reduce stress while enhancing overall well-being. Fluffy bolsters and pillows are provided to ensure your comfort and safety.

Optional Additions

Cupping - $10

A traditional Chinese technique that creates suction on the skin, as opposed to the tissue compression techniques that's normally used during a massage. Suction cups are used to pull blood to the surface of the skin, which can help improve circulation, relieve aching muscles and release joint stiffness.

Integral Sound Therapy - $10

Sound Therapy combines different healing sounds and instruments to improve well-being by creating a beautiful experience, where all layers of our energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly. Integral Sound Therapy is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, while helping to balance our whole being.

  • Phenomenal massage. I came in extremely tight and needing work on my shoulders and neck. Javonna clearly knows what she’s doing with her holistic approach. She listened and felt where I was tight and then thoughtfully explained how the muscles in my pectorals and arms were all connected and affecting my tight neck. She recommended cupping and talked me through how I could maximize bloodflow to better my results. She led me and responded firmly but carefully, communicating the entire time in friendly and familiar manner. She happily answered all my questions about what I can do about different pains and stiffness I had been experiencing. After the massage concluded, I felt immediate relief of pain and tension, not just in my neck and shoulders but my entire body. I experienced mobility that I hadn’t felt in years.
